The Inline “HPI” series cylinder provides a reduced overall cost and minimizes the footprint of the power unit within your application versus HPX and HPS. The “HPI” is a totally self-contained, single-piece power source ideally suited for a wide variety of Assembly and Forming applications using only two (2) pneumatic valves for operation. Available from 1-Ton to 200-Tons and up to 16.00″ stroke, and 2.00″ power stroke (depending on force required).

(AL) MECHANICAL ROD LOCK

The “AL” Rod Lock option is a locking device installed on the head end of the cylinder that provides a positive locking of the cylinder rod when air is removed from the lock. The locking action is designed where safety considerations require positive locking of the tooling/actuator when air pressure is removed from the circuit. The rod lock option is available for all 1 through 30 ton HyperCyl® cylinders. Rod Lock – 60 PSI minimum air pressure required.

(NR) NON-ROTATE

Utilizing the flats on the external work rod, the Non-Rotate option provides a mechanical non-rotate rod/adapter plate for Anti-rotate.

Included: NR plate, NR rod, NR/FH head and fasteners.

(S) NON-STANDARD ROD END

The cylinder rod end can be modified to adapt to customer tooling, die plates and/or just about anything else that is required. Please make your request known during the quoting process.
